1. How long will it take to receive the wallet card?
Upon payment your wallet card will be shipped within 24hrs.
2. How long is each course?
Our courses are on average 15-20 minutes. Our BLS course is 20-30 minutes.
3. How long are the Exams?
All of our courses are 10 (true or false) questions.
4. Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
No, all courses can be read at the individuals pace. Our Exams do have to be completed in one sitting.
5. What if I fail the Exam?
If, for whatever reason, you fail the Exam you can retry as many times you would like.
6. How much are the Exams?
All Exams are FREE of charge.
7. Do I need hands-on training?
No. Are courses are designed for online training.
8. How long does my certification last?
All certifications are valid for 2 years.
9. Are your certificates approved by my employer and/or state?
Our certification and coursework follow the guidelines of the AHA and ICC/ILCOR—meaning: all certificates are accepted.
10. What are my pay options?
Our automated system is through PayPal which accepts all credit and debit. The reason we use their system is to protect our customers’ credit and debit information. Using PayPal allows us and our customers' the assurance of their personal and financial protection.
